I was over at a friend's house and his neighbor was throwing away a bicycle. I asked if I could have it and he said yes. I took it home, found some scrap metal and welded a little boy to make it look like he was riding the bike.
I had to weld some plates on the sides so that it would stay standing up in our soft yard. It is currently facing the road, like he is riding away from the house.
